I started working as an agency midwife with Alliance Health in April 2012. I initially met with Danielle Wallace, the Director of Alliance Health, in Ireland in 2011 at a Working Abroad Expo.  Danielle was very helpful in answering my questions and queries in regards to moving and working in Australia. I then met with the Alliance team in their office in Ireland and they helped me complete all the relevant paper work which made the transition to working in Australia very smooth. I knew then that I had chosen the right agency to come and work for.

Throughout my time with Alliance Health, the staff have been outstandingly helpful, supportive, professional and organised. The Alliance team provide a service that is of a very high standard. They are always willing to help and always communicated with me on a daily basis, keeping me updated on available shifts and shift changes.

The pay is great and always punctual. I was able to pick and choose shifts in many different public and private hospitals throughout Sydney which gave me a lot of choice and flexibility.

Further to this, Alliance Health helped me get the job of my dreams on a sponsored 457 visa once my working holiday visa expired and for this I am so grateful. They encouraged me every step of the way, I could not have done this without their help.
