Internet Privacy Statement
The Alliance Health Services Group endeavours to be fully compliant
with the National Privacy Principles, extracted from the Privacy
Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000.
Alliance Health Services Group collects personal and sensitive
information when sourcing, interviewing and placing health care
industry personnel.
The information provided to us for that purpose will be relied
upon by Alliance Health Services Group to assess your suitability
for placement at client facilities or services.
The collection, storage and disclosure of personal and sensitive
information provided to Alliance Health Services Group will be
in strict compliance with the National Privacy Principles, and
used only for the purpose for which it is provided.
Personal and sensitive information is retained in a secure computerised
data base or as hard copy in a locked cabinet. Access to these
files is restricted to the Alliance Health Services Group's directors
and to employees who have signed a comprehensive confidentiality
agreement.
Reference checks are carried out when applications are received
from foreign nationals. These applicants are provided with a Collection
Statement at interview, advising them of these privacy requirements.
Any person may make written application for access to personal
or sensitive information Alliance Health Services Group is holding,
which relates to them, and may request that any factual errors
identified are either corrected or clarified.
