Health Support worker required for Home Care shifts in Bella Vista NSW 2153

Alliance Health Home Care Services is one of the leading providers of home care and support to people with disabilities.

We are seeking experienced, caring, reliable individuals who can make a difference in the lives of high level needs client-base, assisting with personal care, social support and domestic duties.

This role includes being an integral part of a multi-disciplinary therapy team, implementing a comprehensive rehabilitation and social integration programme. Part of this role also has  a requirement to drive the client’s automatic vehicle for appointments and a variety of activities.

Essential Criteria:

  • Hoist Experience
  • Bowel Care experience (suppository)
  • A minimum of 6 months’ paid experience as a Health Support Worker; Assistant in Nursing or a similar role 
  • A Certificate III in Disability; Aged Care; Community Care, or a similar qualification 
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • National Criminal History Record Check (or willing to apply for one)
  • Working with Children Check (or willing to apply for one)
  • Confident driver with Full driving License and own vehicle
