Job: Registered Nurse – Disease Prevention

Are you a Registered Nurse who would like to work in a corporate environment and still get all the benefits provided by a hospital work place?

Our client is looking for registered nurses with a background in chronic medical disease management. Located in the North Ryde (Sydney) area you will be required to utilise your assessment skills to provide clients with support and information. The focus of this role is to help manage a client’s medical condition while at home and prevent hospitalisation.

The successful candidate will have

• >3 years experience as a registered nurse

• Registration with AHPRA

• Good verbal and written communication

• Great assessment skills

• Knowledge of chronic disease

• Highly organised and have intermediate computer skills
