Alliance Home Care Services caters for the care needs of people
and their families within the home environment, utilising staff
specifically chosen according to the needs of the client.

The client's care is supported by a registered nurse who supervises
both the client and the home care worker, coordinating and reviewing
all aspects of care being provided; and ensuring best health outcomes
are being achieved.
Alliance Home Care values our clients. All clients are treated
with respect and dignity.
Client's needs are individually assessed and planned in conjunction
with the client a care plan is established. Our staff are trained
and competent and specifically selected based on the needs of
the client.

We provide services 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Client groups include: Children, people with disabilities and
the frail aged.
DVA Community Nursing Approved Provider.
Motor Accident Authority (NSW) Lifetime Care Approved Provider.
Department of Defence Approved Provider (Emergency Family Response
Support Project).
Our objectives are to:
• deliver services that meet the assessed and required needs
of the client and to promote community participation and independence
• provide responsive and flexible service on an as-required basis
• provide access to support mechanisms to improve the capabilities
and capacity of carers to manage their roles
• provide a service that is responsive to the cultural and religious
aspects of both client and carer, and recognises and advocates
for carer and family rights.

Alliance is accredited with the Australian Council on Health
Care Standards - EQUIP Corporate Member Services Program to 2009
and is a member of the Attendant Care Industry Association (ACIA).
We regularly seek feedback from clients on our service and encourage
an environment of open and transparent dialogue. It is our job
to ensure that our clients receive the best service possible!
Client Rights and Responsibilities
Alliance Home Care Service is committed to the rights of recipients
of care. This is demonstrated through the following measures.
A Rights and Responsibility document has been developed for all
Clients/Carers; a current account with the Telephone Interpreter
Service is current; a Client Complaints procedure, and a Complaints
Management Policy are in place.
We respect our clients' privacy rights and all information is
treated in the strictest confidence.
All staff have undertaken a criminal record check with the appropriate
agency.
