Education Session

Alliance Nursing Agency provides quarterly Education Sessions to all its members free of charge to ensure our nurses are kept up to date on Manual Handling, CPR, Communication, Fire Safety and Infection Control Standards. All Alliance members are required to attend one session per year on each topic.

Below is the current schedule. All sessions are held at our office in Ultimo and are run by qualified trainers. They are always fun and interesting, and provide an opportunity to keep your knowledge up to date and to meet the other members of Alliance Nursing Agency.

Professional Development

Competency standards for nurses underpin staff training and education goals. All staff are required to achieve mastery in the core competencies of manual handling techniques, infection control, fire safety and cardiopulmonary resuscitation, on an annual basis.
Other training programs are developed throughout the year relevant to identified need.
