Alliance Nursing Agency currently has an extensive database of Registered and Enrolled nurses and trained assistants in nursing (AINs), the majority of who have a Certificate 111 qualification in aged care nursing, undergraduate Bachelor of Nursing students and overseas nurses who have not registered or are waiting to become registered with the NSW Midwives and Nurses Registration Board.

Alliance Home Care Services caters for the care needs of people and their families within the home environment, utilising staff specifically chosen according to the needs of the client. A model of care has been designed to provide for all levels of experience needed. Clients are grouped under a registered nurse who supervises both client and worker, co-coordinating and reviewing all aspects of care, ensuring best health outcomes are achieved.

Alliance Specialist Nurses provides clients with Registered Nurses who are specialised within the areas of operating theatres, emergency, paediatrics and adult intensive care, coronary care and midwifery.

Alliance Allied Agency Staff provides clients with staff from the allied health disciplines such as Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Speech Therapists, Practice Managers and associated Assistants.
